ENG VS WI 3rd ODI LIVE: Where to watch, Live Streaming, and Match Preview

England and West Indies will face each other in the last ODI of the ongoing series at Oval on 6tth November. The series is evenly-poised and whoever wins this match will win the ODI series!

Match preview:

Another exciting clash is expected when England and West Indies will take on the field for a decider.

West Indies, the host side, would have given a greater thought as they lost the game even after posting an imposing total of 328. GudaKesh Motie was the main bowler of the side and he was proven to be the expensive one as he tonked for 71 runs in his 9 overs and took 0 wickets. Meanwhile, Shamar Joseph got hit for 72 runs and took only one wicket. So, if West Indies want to win the decider their bowlers will have to put up a great show, particularly the pacers!

The top-order cut a sorry figure in the second ODI but the skipper led from the front and played a fantastic knock under the pump. The skipper struck his 17th ODI hundred.

The comeback of Evin Lewis in ODIS was a greater one as he scored 94 runs in the 1st ODI, the side will hope to replicate such knock in the decider as well.

But all the eyes and hope will be on Shimron Hetmyer, he played a decent knock in the second ODI but it was T20ish as his side needed more of it. Hetmyer needs to take his time on crease and should play ODIs like OIDs.

Talking about England, they will be pretty happy with winning the second game but their top order should do better especially, Jordan Cox.

Cox was provided with a golden opportunity but he is yet to make headlines. His fielding was fumbled too at some points in the second ODI. So, the upcoming match is a great chance for him to prove his worth and to be included in England’s plan for the Champions Trophy.

Liam Livingstone, the stand-in skipper, provided his team with a match-winning knock when the top-order failed to make a mark, following the footsteps of Hope.Liam switched on T20 mode and hit an unbeaten knock of 124 runs off just 85 balls, a real baseball style.

Sam Curran, batting at 6, supported his captain with an impactful knock of 52, run-a-ball 52 though.

So, England will be hoping that their bowlers and top-order get their act together to seal the series.

Pitch and weather report:

While rain is supposed to spoil the show, the pitch of Oval provides assistance to pacers and the extra bounce in the pitch adds favour too.

Head-to-head record:

A total of 107 games have been played between the sides with West Indies winning 47 and 54 won by England.

Predictions:

England are favourites to win the clash if rain does not spoil the show.
