MS VS PZ 25th Match Live: where to Watch, Match Preview, & Live Streaming

Multan Sultans will host Peshawar Zalmi in the upcoming game of the ongoing tournament on 5th May at Multan Cricket Stadium.

Match Preview:

Multan Sultans have already been knocked out of the tournament but they can make things difficult for the rest of the teams who are still in the race to qualify for the play-offs! Sultans could only collect one victory in the 8 games they have played so far.

It was a collective failure for the team barring a few players who could make the mark. Rookie Ubaid Shah has been standout performer for the side in this tournament so far and is also leading wicket taker for the side. In the batting department, Mohammad Rizwan has scored most runs for the team while Yasir Khan, Usman Khan, and kamran Ghulam also shown few chunks of brilliance on and off.

Although this season is over for Sultans, they would look to win some more games to keep their morale a bit high moving to the preparation of the next season.

Talking about Peshawar Zalmi, they find themselves in a difficult state as far as the qualification scenarios are concerned. They are the only side who has never failed to qualify for the next stage and if anything, Zalmi would look to continue this strategy.

A lot will be dependent on their struggling skipper Babar Azam. It is the time he should stand up, lead from front, and win these crucial games for his team. Saim Ayub and Mohammad Haris are two other key players who can take the game away from the opponent. In fact, Haris is leading run-scorer for the side having scored 233 runs. Maaz Sadaqat is another key player for Zalmi.

Talking about bowling, Alzarri Joseph is the leading wicket taker of the side while Mohammad Ali has also bowled well, particularly, in the last game. Ali Raza has been an exciting prospect who has time and again shown in this tournament why he can be the next big thing in Pakistan cricket.

It is not over for Zalmi as if they win their remaining matches, they can seal up the qualifying spot.
