WI VS AUS 2nd T20 Live: Where to Watch, Match Preview, & Live Streaming

On July 23, the second Twenty20 International between Australia and the West Indies is scheduled to take place at Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica. On July 21, Australia won the first Twenty20 International at the same location by an exciting three wickets, giving them a 1-0 lead in the five-match series.

Match Preview:

West Indies batted first in the opening Twenty20 International and scored 189/8 in 20 overs. Roston Chase hammered 60 runs off 32 balls, while Shai Hope scored 55 runs off 39 balls. Ben Dwarshuis starred for Australia with 4-36. Australia finished at 190/7 in 18.5 overs after chasing 190. Mitchell Owen, making his debut, scored 50 off 27 balls, while Cameron Green scored 51 off 26 balls. West Indies’ Gudakesh Motie took 2-29.

Moving to the next T20 of the series, Australia would ask for Mitchell Owen to do the same favour. The debutant signed with bat and bowl and made a statement in the first game. Ben Dwarshuis was amazing as well as written above him alongside Ellis bowled well in death to restrict the Windies batter. Moreover, Australia, led by Mitchell Marsh, relies on Adam Zampa’s spin and Glenn Maxwell’s flair to keep up their pace.

The ongoing series has been tough for West indies as they are yet to win a game against Australia.

Since this is Andre Russell’s last international series before retiring, West Indies, captained by Shai Hope, will need Russell’s all-around skill and Evin Lewis’ aggressive starts to tie the series. Even in the first T20 it was thought at one stage that Windies could win this game but Ben and Ellis had other plans and it showed.

A victory in the forthcoming match would allow Australia to maintain their winning run against the West Indies.Following a heartbreaking defeat in the opening game, the West Indies would like to mount a convincing comeback.
